FHASecure Loans Approved Lenders
FHA Secure Loans will be available through FHA approved lenders only.
The FHA Secure Loan program will operate under the same guidelines as the FHA's existing mortgage insurance
program Eligible homeowners refinance loan applications will be processed by FHA approved lenders only.
Approved FHASecure Loan applicants can be assured of not being fooled by teaser rates -- there will be no teaser rates -- and
no prepayment penalties, period.

There will be a risk-based insurance premium. The risk-based premiums will assure that the agency remains
financially sound, self-financed agency.
FHASecure Loans, will undergo strict underwriting procedures to ensure borrowers are qualified and have
reasonable ability to pay back the loan. FHA Secure Loans will require escrow for taxes and insurance. in exotic
mortgages and have caused much of the current market troubles.
